1. Who runs this site

wojciech.io is operated by Wojciech Łuszczyński, a private individual, correspondence address: Torstraße 218, 10115 Berlin, Germany ("I", "me"). Reach me through the contact page or LinkedIn ↗.

These terms cover the website and its free services: the content and the AI Espresso newsletter. Paid products, if any, carry their own terms at the point of purchase.

2. What the site offers

Articles, case studies, tools, and notes on GTM, growth, and AI systems, plus a free email newsletter. Everything here is informational. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or professional advice, and following it is at your own judgement.

3. Using the site

Read it, share it, quote it with attribution. Do not:

• Republish full articles as your own
• Scrape the site to train models or resell the content
• Attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to any service

You need a modern browser with JavaScript enabled. No account is required for the public site.

4. The newsletter

Signing up is free and takes a double opt-in: you enter your email, tick the consent box, and confirm. I send operator notes on AI systems and GTM. No spam, no selling your address. Unsubscribe from any email or by writing to me, and you are off the list.

5. Content and copyright

The text, code samples, graphics, and layout are mine unless credited otherwise. You may quote short excerpts with a link back. For anything more, ask first.

6. Your data

How I handle data is in the privacy policy. Short version: consent-gated analytics, EU data residency, no ad networks, no selling data.

7. Liability

The site is provided as is. I keep it accurate and online, but I do not guarantee it is error-free or always available. I am not liable for decisions you make based on the content, to the extent the law allows.

8. Complaints

Something wrong, broken, or unclear? Write to me via the contact page. I reply within 14 days.

9. Changes and governing law

I may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Material changes to the newsletter terms go out by email. Polish law applies, and nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
